Visit to Ganga Prem Hospice

We met the team at GPH and provided them with donated supplies from Arthur Rank Hospice. The supplies were gratefully received particularly stockings, which are costly for them to purchase locally. The team were in good spirits and happy to see us all.

GPH inpatients had grown significantly, at was at 21 when we visted, the highest that they have had for sometime. The new wing continues to be operational. The awareness of GPH is increasing in the local area leading to higher patient numbers.

GPH have recently recruited a junior doctor on a part time basis to be part of the team. They are generally self-sufficient and proficient at this time.
